[Platformer Tutorial AS2]

Good tutorial.

Everything was explained well, but I'm having trouble using the hitTest thing. It's only my second day with flash though, so whatever.

Very true

A lot of people on newgrounds need to watch this. Sadly, the ones that need to read it the most are least likely to. I think you could have had a bit less text to read in there, but I can see why you made it the way you did. I really liked the music too!

Not that good...

The ship should move faster, the enemies should be more interesting. It's not very original and a poor attempt at a shooter.

Not very fun

That metallic sound is extremely annoying and even the first challenge is harder than it should be. The controls are bad and the game is hardly playable.

Kept me entertained until I beat it. One of the better games on Newgrounds.
