It amused me. I suggest making it a little longer and adding a bit more randomness.

I think that the only real improvement was that I could actually read the words. I think you'd be better off having all the speech at the bottom, like in Super Mario Bros. Z. If you haven't seen those, then you should. They might help you improve some. Also, it seemed like the music stopped during sound effects. But the music choice was pretty good.

I don't think I could really improve on what flashman16 said, and link209163 also said basically the same thing. Watch some tutorials, use actual speech bubbles (filled with white), and try to use non-real backgrounds. That should improve it a lot.

Pretty good

The animation was good, and it was a fairly original and funny concept. The only problems are that the music keeps playing after the end even if you replay the animation, and you spelled reception wrong in the title.
